Hartley Wintney Fun Run entries

Pre-event registration (up to 7th June)

• Early entry price of £6 per child, or £15 for 3 or more siblings.

• FREE for children whose school receives pupil premium on their behalf, just enter on the day or email organisers@hartleywintneyfunrun.co.uk

• FREE for mums, dads, uncles, aunts, carers etc. who run/walk ...

  • in the 400m or 800m - if the child needs moral support

On the day entries and entries after 6pm on the 7th June  2025

• Please register on the day, 30 minutes before the relevant distance

• The on-the-day fee is £8 per entrant. 

Receiving your runner numbers

Entrants from Hartley Wintney schools registering before the deadline will receive their runner numbers from school the week before the run – details will be sent to you in an email. All other runners numbers should be collected on the day from the registration tent.

Important notices

1. If you need to make an adjustment to an existing entry you can do this online with RiderHQ, if you have any problems please contact organisers@hartleywintneyfunrun.co.uk
